Overview

The course is designed to offer students a basic understanding of first aid. However, it is important to note that the successful completion of this course does not mean you are now a qualified first aider. In order to achieve this, you will need further additional training.

The ‘First Aid Awareness’ course brought to you from www.thetrainingterminal.com is designed to give participants a brief and introductory understanding into first aid procedures and how to administer basic treatment in the event of an unforeseen emergency. Accidents can happen without warning anywhere and it is important we have the knowledge how to act to potentially save a life. Workplace accidents are extremely common, particularly within the hospitality industry and by having some understanding, it could mean you have the ability to keep either a fellow staff member, or customer safe until further help arrives to the scene.
