These terms and conditions apply to all transactions concluded with you, the customer.
By placing an order, you are deemed to accept these terms and conditions.

Making a Purchase

Making a purchase couldn’t be simpler. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you’ve finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you’ll be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

If you’ve made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake. When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing where we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we’re no longer able to supply a product for some reason.

In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. Once an order has been received it’s sent through our systems promptly to ensure your order is picked, packaged and despatched in as least time as possible to meet your expectations on delivery. We endeavour to accommodate our customers’ needs, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be amended once it has been placed.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we’ll be in touch to offer a back-order service for you.


Prices

Goods are invoiced in pounds (£) sterling at the price prevailing at the time you place your order. Prices are expressed exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) which will be charged at the current rate.

Prices are stated exclusive of delivery charges. Delivery charges will be added to the price of the goods purchased. We reserve the right to amend any prices without any prior notice and to end any promotions at any time. We reserve the right to add or withdraw any item at any time.

The Hospitality Shop try to ensure that all prices displayed are correct. In the event that an incorrect price is advertised, we shall amend as soon as possible after notification. We are under no obligation to supply any product that is priced incorrectly.


Credit Card Security

Your security against fraud and identity theft is of paramount importance to us. All online transactions paid for by credit or debit card are processed via Barclaycard secure servers to ensure total peace of mind. We never hold any credit card details ourselves.

We accept payments from the following card types:

Limit of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law we will not be liable to you or any third party for any loss of business, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, wasted expenditure, loss of privacy and/or loss of data and/or any other loss or damage which does not result directly from the actions of The Hospitality Shop, its sub-contractors or agents and which arises out of or is related to your purchase of goods from The Hospitality Shop. In any event our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the goods purchased. These Purchase Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer or otherwise.

Shipping and Handling.

Estimated Dispatch Dates

Our estimated dispatch dates are based on the stock availability and lead time data available. Please note that there are occasionally exceptions to this estimation – these can include orders over a certain quantity where we must check with our manufacturers, and where we encounter unforeseen circumstances such as unexpectedly high seasonal demand.

Fast Delivery

All in-stock will be dispatched the following working day – normally for delivery next working day providing the items being ordered are in stock and the order is placed by 1pm. There is no extra charge for this service.

Every item is fully insured against loss or damage, so we can guarantee the safe arrival of your order.

Handling and Carriage Charges

There may be an additional delivery charge based on non-mainland UK locations and in the instances of non-stock items being delivered (such as bulky, heavy or hazardous goods). In the unlikely event that your order incurs additional charges, you will be contacted by our Customer Service Team at the point your order is being processed.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Thanks for shopping at The Hospitality Shop.
If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date that you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase included when returned.
  • Bespoke / Custom Made products CANNOT be returned once approved.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, we’ll inspect it and notify you that we’ve received your returned item. We’ll immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we’ll initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
  • You’ll receive the credit within about 3-4 working days depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

  • You’ll be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Trademarks

You are NOT permitted to use The Hospitality Shop trademarks or the trademarks of any third party without the prior written consent of The Hospitality Shop or such third parties that may own the trademarks.


Copyright

All elements of the Website content, logos, photography, graphics, and images are protected by UK copyright laws. You are entitled to view the website and to print pages for the sole purpose of placing an order with The Hospitality Shop. Any copying or downloading from the website without written permission from The Hospitality Shop is strictly prohibited and will be deemed an infringement of copyright.
